We carry out our work in the manufacturer’s factory (also when supplying temporary workers) or on-site at the premises of buyers and operators throughout the world.

Logistics included!
Beck & Pollitzer delivers your machines and plants to customers on your behalf. We dismantle the components in units suitable for transportation, take care of the packaging and transportation, receive the machine parts upon arrival, take them to the final destination and carry out the mechanical and electrical assembly of the components using our own equipment to produce a unit and make it ready for operation. What’s more, we continue to provide you with assistance until all the work has been accepted by your customers as well as during commissioning.

We work with our engineering department to prepare a detailed plan for all the stages of the project – including assembly workflow, staff deployment and the necessary logistics – before starting work. Our assembly supervisors and skilled workers complete the work for you at the agreed fixed price, taking responsibility for completing the project smoothly and on schedule.

montagen plus has been our partner in the field of installing new machines as well as the relocation of machining centres to customers worldwide. Next to numerous in-plant installations and relocations with our customers, montagen plus relocated a NBH290 with a two-storey pallet storage unit from Switzerland to Slovakia, including special transports and customs clearance. In addition to sheer assembly works, montagen plus supports us with setting up the machine geometry. This immensely disburdens us regarding project management.
